Questions about choosing a bed
From mattress construction to manufacturing and installation, here are answers to common questions about HAPOS products.
Why don't you operate a showroom?
Showroom operations and advertising add to the price of a bed. We have reduced those costs to focus on the fabric, cushioning, springs, and specifications you use every day. We make mattresses at our factory, sell online, and bring qualifying in-home installation products to your home. Read our story on the About page.
About us →How do Bonnell and 9-zone pocket springs differ?
Bonnell springs are connected and may suit someone who likes a firmer feel. Pocket springs move individually to support body movement more independently. The Reason Choice Bonnell and 9-zone pocket spring mattresses both offer 23 cm and 26 cm height options, with several sizes to compare.
Products →What's the difference between non-compressed and roll-pack mattresses?
Our Bonnell and pocket spring mattresses are delivered without being rolled or compressed and are installed at home. The Reason Choice memory foam roll-pack is a foam mattress compressed just before dispatch and sent by parcel. Choose according to the mattress feel and delivery method you prefer.
Products →Which bed might work in a small room?
If you need storage, explore the Mini Piece three-drawer bed or Rino full-width drawer bed. If you want a lower bed, consider the Linea low-profile frame. Allow room to fully open the drawers, or check the height of the mattress you will use with a low frame.
Products →Which products are labeled E0?
The listed information for Mini Piece, Rino, Harmony, and Linea labels their wood materials E0. E0 is a formaldehyde emission grade for wood materials. Confirm the selected product's components and material labeling on the seller's detail page.
Products →Is every HAPOS product installed at home?
The Bonnell and pocket spring mattresses and frames introduced here are listed for in-home installation. The Reason Choice memory foam roll-pack arrives by parcel. Check your seller's product page for regional installation schedules and fees.
Buying guide →Where can I see the factory document and certificates?
The About page has a partially redacted World Best Bed factory registration notice, a mattress production video, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates. The certificate scope is mattress design, development, and manufacture.
About us →Can I buy beds in bulk for a hotel, motel, or dormitory?
